My journey with It Must Have Been the Bake began with a dream of owning a home-based bakery, a dream that has now become a reality. What started as baking cakes for my children's birthdays evolved into a love for cookies. Spurred on by the overwhelming praise and encouragement from friends and colleagues, I decided to share my cookies with others, (within NY state) offering them online and locally in bags, boxes, trays, and gift packaging.
